libcqrlib2-dev software package provides Library and headers for quaternion arithmetic and rotation math, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcqrlib2-dev
libcqrlib2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcqrlib2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcqrlib2-dev *
You will get with libcqrlib2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
